The operating layer you own.
Your CRM gets the lead. Your scheduler books the job. Neither one runs your business. We build the system underneath, on infrastructure you own, and move you off the platforms renting it to you.
You're running a real business on rented software.
Two kinds of platforms get sold to the trades industry.
Both leave you as the system.
Marketing CRMs
GoHighLevel and friends. Capture the lead, book the slot. No idea which accounts are on a maintenance agreement, where the trucks are, or what got serviced but never billed.
Field-service platforms
ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, OrbisX. They schedule and invoice, for the average business in your category. You adapt to their model, pay per seat, and start from a blank slate.
Somewhere between 15 and 40 accounts, the routine only you can do becomes the ceiling. Leaving isn't a rebuild. It's moving the warehouse and the books out of rented space.
How we're different
Not a prettier scheduler. A system shaped around your business, living on your infrastructure, owned by you.
| Marketing CRMsGoHighLevel | Field-service platformsServiceTitan · Housecall Pro · Jobber · OrbisX | Atlas Foundry | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Built around | Lead capture | The category average | Your business, from your own history |
| Your data | Their schema, their sub-account | Their schema, their API | Your store, your infrastructure |
| Your history | Contacts only | Flat import, blank slate | Read in full: agreements, intervals, churn |
| Pricing | Subscription + usage | Per seat, per tech, long contracts | Fixed build, flat fee, no seats |
| Crews | Not built for it | App + login per tech, each billed | One link per tech, no login, any phone |
| Accounting | Not connected | Pushes invoices | Reconciled both ways, to the penny |
| Changing it | Workflow builder | Custom fields, their roadmap | Built to fit, versioned, tested |
| Leaving | A CSV | A CSV and a fresh start | Already yours. Portable by design |
If a $150-a-month scheduler is the right answer for you, the audit will say so. We're for the businesses it stopped fitting.
Built for trucks, crews, and recurring service.
Same operating shape across the trades: intervals, routes, per-site pricing, books that must reconcile.
What we build
An operating platform that fits the business. All of it running for a real client today.
Plan the business

- Start, complete, skip-with-reason on site
- GPS, mileage, and a live owner view
Prove the money
- QuickBooks reconciled daily, both ways
- Finds served-but-unbilled work
- Recurring billing with tested failure paths
Keep it honest
- Tenant isolation tested on every deploy
- Backups with restore drills, integrity gates

Proof it works
Twelve years of history. An owner building every day's route by hand at 6:45am because nothing on the market could read what he already knew.
We read four calendars back to 2014, derived every plan's interval and churn, reconciled two QuickBooks companies to the penny, and shipped the app the business runs on every morning. It found revenue being served and never invoiced along the way.
Detailing was first. The layer underneath is the same for an HVAC company with 400 agreements or a septic operator with three trucks.

Owners who are the system
50–500 recurring accounts, crews in the field, and a daily chore nobody else can do.
Businesses feeling the ceiling
On GoHighLevel or a field-service platform. You know it's not the long-term answer; the audit says why.
GoHighLevel agencies
Your clients want what the platform can't do. Keep the client and the retainer; we build underneath.
About
Atlas Foundry is a technology consulting and platform company, founded in Tampa, Florida.
It started with one owner, twelve years of history, and a stack of platforms that all wanted him to start over. We built the system that read his history instead. Most service businesses have the same history sitting in calendars and a CRM that was sold as an operating system and isn't one. We build the layer underneath, on infrastructure you own. The name is the promise: turn history into a higher tomorrow.
